What we Do
Architectural Design
We provide complete architectural design services – design brief, concept finalization, design detailing and onsite design management. Our primary focus is to understand client aspirations and ensure their engagement as design partner from concept to realization of the project.
Interior Design
Our interior designs have been known to well complement the architectural spaces in which they reside and endorse the brand identity of our clients. We create comfortable and inspiring spaces incorporating the latest trends with what our clients are looking for.
Structural Design
Structural design of a building is considered from the concept stage itself to ensure that building design is not impacted. Soil condition at the site is checked before the structural engineer proposes the design.
Mechanical and Electrical Design
SMA takes up HVAC design and electrical layout through sub-consultancy. We coordinate and supervise the design flow so that it does not impact the building designed by SMA. Plumbing layout is also coordinated with the other consultants like electrical, HVAC and structural.
Landscape Design
SMA can provide end-to-end design services for all landscaping needs through sub-consultants. All open spaces, exterior or interior, can be developed. This of course enhances the beauty of the space, but it can also be done to make the space more energy-efficient- thereby bringing down heating / cooling costs.
Project Management
We do take up Project Management of the projects we design, if the client requires so. It includes project scheduling, budget preparation, contractor recommendations, site progress meetings, sub-consultant coordination.
Feasiblity Study
We help clients determine the feasibility of a potential real estate investment. We can do relatively simple assessments to complex study of different sites and its potential uses. Several options are identified and outline plans developed which are costed and then reviewed with clients.
Visualisation
We can provide realistic high-end 3D views of the project using the latest technical know-how in the industry.
